- Boys Golf will be played next Monday, the 27th-Not Today. They will meet in room 606 today.
- Boys Tennis will be played Wednesday, the 22nd-Not Today. They will meet at the tennis courts today.
- Varsity Baseball is cancelled today. TBD rest of the week. All levels of Baseball will meet at Taylor Gym.
- Softball games will be played today, and they will leave at the start of 5th period.
- Track & Field will report to the Old Gym.
- Swim & Dive will report to Sinsheimer as normal for practice today.
- Boys Volleyball will report to New Gym.

2017-18 Registration: The PowerSchool portal to select your 2017-18 classes is open and closes Friday, March 24th, at 4pm. To access the PowerSchool registration directions to begin selecting classes, visit the SLOHS website, under the “Student” tab click on “Registration”. Please contact your school counselor with any questions.
Today is International Day For The Elimination of Racial Discrimination. It is a call to action to eliminate all forms of discrimination worldwide. In many parts of the world, discrimination is widespread, including racial, ethnic, religious and nationality based profiling. Every person is entitled to human rights without discrimination. Show respect towards others, not only today but everyday.
The deadline to change Trimester 2 grades is Today.
From the Nurse’s desk, Judith Gier: Today, 10th grade students and applicable students in other grades, will have hearing and vision screened during 1st and 2nd period. This will include students who were absent during the screening first trimester. If your student wears glasses, please be sure they bring them. If the screening shows a concern, parents will be notified by mail. If you do NOT want your student screened, please notify me in writing prior to the screening date. The ‘SLO HIGH School Wide Art Show’ will be accepting artwork through Wednesday, March 22nd. The theme this year is ‘The Natural World’. It is open to ALL students even if you are not currently in an art class. You may submit any medium and various sizes are encouraged. This is a great opportunity to showcase artwork you created this year. For more information pick up an application from an Art Department teacher.
Art After Dark Exhibit! Enter an art piece into the School Wide Art Show and possibly be chosen for the ‘Art After Dark’ SLO High Art Exhibit at the Art Central Gallery opening May 5th. See a SLO High art teacher for more info.

New Art Courses for 2017-18: When registering for 2D art courses for next year (i.e. painting, drawing, design), follow this guideline for placing yourself into the correct level…
- If you are NEW to taking 2D art, sign up for Art 1.
- If you have taken Drawing 1 and/or Design 1, sign up for Art 2.
- If you have taken three art courses (Drawing 1 and Design 1&2) or (Drawing 1, Design 1, Painting 1), sign up for Art 3.
- Art 4 & AP Art – 2D Studio will be offered the following year (2018-19).

Change in PSAT 10 Test Date: Please mark your calendar. The PSAT 10 exam date has been changed to Monday, April 3rd. The SLO Color Blast Fun Run is a non-competitive family-friendly 5k run/walk on Saturday, April 8th.
