Yearly Club and Group Requirements

ASB Clubs: Clubs in the classic sense with a budget and constitution.

ASB Easy Club: Shared interest club with no monetary budget or earnings.

When completing your Google form, please make a copy of the document and save it. Do not use the master form.
All clubs, ongoing or newly approved, must submit the Initial Meeting Minutes indicating the approval of the standing constitution, any amendments to the constitution, and the budget for the school year before October 1.

ALL FUNDRAISERS must be pre-approved. The RECAP of the fundraiser MUST be completed and submitted to the ASB office upon completion of the fundraiser per auditor requirements. Be sure to read the entire form as most questions will be answered.
Purchase Request submitted and approved by the club, ASB Leadership and Administration prior to any purchase or financial commitment. Follow the instructions on the form. If funds are spent without this pre-approval the expenditure may not be reimbursed.
Fundraisers may need start-up funds. If so, a Cash Box Request form must be submitted no later than 3 days before the event. The cash box and the amount of start-up cash must be returned to the ASB office the day after the event, unless prior arrangements have been made. See below for deposit instructions.
Facilities may be reserved by completing the Facilities Use Form online. Contact Nathan Meinert if you have questions concerning facility use.
Any funds to be deposited into your club account must be submitted in the Deposit Envelope found just outside the ASB/Finance office. There is a log on which your submission must be listed.
Each advisor or coach will be given access to the club/team account. Submit an email to request the set up access or continue your access to this account. Include the name of the club(s) and the email address to be used as your username. Once you receive a return email confirming the set up you can go to ASBworks.com and click on the LOGIN icon on the upper right side of the screen and insert your email address and password.
