The SLOHS Art Club is sponsored by Amanda Bockleman and meets on Tuesdays at lunch in Room 510/511. The purpose of Art Club is to bring together the art community of SLOHS and anyone interested in art. We will participate in art related activities and work on projects, including a mural for the school campus.

The SLOHS Astronomy Club is sponsored by Ryan Ritchie and meets every other Tuesday at lunch in Room 171. The purpose of the Astronomy Club is to share our love of the universe with one another and discuss upcoming astronomical events.

The SLOHS Auto Club is sponsored by Jeff Lehmkuhl and meets every other Wednesday at lunch in Room 403. Students gather to further studies and conduct activities in automotive technology.

The SLOHS Book Club is sponsored by Kari Smith and meets every other Wednesday in Room 119. The purpose of the Book Club is to collaborate about literature and the deeper meanings behind books that we choose as a collective group

The SLOHS Ceramics Club is sponsored by Tawnee Houle and meets Fridays at lunch in Room 515. The purpose of the Ceramics Club is to make ceramic bowls for an Empty Bowls Fundraiser. They make bowls and send them out to the community.

The SLOHS Choir club is sponsored by Rick Robbins and meets every Monday at 3:40 in Room 700. The purpose of Choir is to fundraise for trips, uniforms and special projects related to choir.

The SLOHS Game Development Club is sponsored by Steve Crow and meets on Mondays in Room 400. The purpose of the Game Development Club is to unite programmers, artists or anyone interested in the design of video/board games.

The SLOHS Garden Club is sponsored by Chef Tom Jaggers and meets every other Wednesday at lunch in Room 514. The purpose of the Garden Club is to promote education and organic growing techniques to SLOHS students. Participants will grow herbs, vegetables, fruit, edible flowers and learn how to use them for culinary purposes.

The SLOHS Gender and Sexuality Alliance club is sponsored by Rowan Lowden and meets on Thursdays at lunch in Room 156. The purpose of the Gender and Sexuality Alliance club is to provide a safe space for people and to share LGBTQ+ history.

The SLOHS Interact Club is sponsored by Ryan Ritchie and meets every other Monday at lunch in Room 171. The purpose of the Interact Club is to provide volunteering opportunities and benefits to the community.

The SLOHS Key Club is sponsored by Annamarie Fella and meets on Tuesdays at lunch in Room 911. The Key Club is a student-led high school organization sponsored by Kiwanis. Our members make a better place through service and leadership.

The SLOHS Latin Club is sponsored by Chad Timm and meets every Friday in Room 502. The purpose of the Latin Club is to foster interest in Latin and to coordinate support for struggling students.

The SLOHS MEXA Club is sponsored by Erik Benitez-Foster and meest Mondays at lunch in Room 164. The purpose of the MEXA Club is to spread and educate Latino Culture, and showcase traditions to anyone interested.

The SLOHS Muslim Student Association is sponsored by Erik Benitez-Foster and meets on Fridays at lunch in Room 164. The purpose of the Muslim Student Association is to bring together students of the Muslim faith and have a safe space for anyone who wants to pray and be a part of learning about Islam.

The SLOHS National Honors Society is sponsored by Brian Moss and meets monthly in Room 516 (the Lecture Demo Room). The purpose of NHS is to empower and equip students with the knowledge and skills to be transformative leaders in school, in the community and beyond. It provides a necessary bridge between students and school leaders, helping to engage and hear what students think, feel and need.

The SLOHS Newspaper Club is sponsored by Scott Nairne and meet in Room 203. The SLOHS newspaper, called Expressions is a periodical that comes out in both print and digital format. It is a student run newspaper that is written, edited and distributed by SLOHS students. It's sole purpose is the spread the news.

The SLOHS Physics Club is sponsored by Marie Pink and meets every other Tuesday at lunch in Room 125. The purpose of the Physics Club is to help students who are struggling with physics by conducting fun experiments.

The SLOHS R.E.A.C.H Club is sponsored by Austin Miller and meets every other Thursday at lunch in the Wellness Center (currently Room P10). The purpose of R.E.A.C.H it to spread kindness to all students and staff on campus through fun and encouraging activities.

The SLOHS Ski and Snowboard Club is sponsored by Greg Ross and meets Thursdays, twice a month in Room 161. The purpose of the Ski and Snowboard Club is to expose more students to snow related activities and sports.

The SLOHS Theater Company is by Noelle Eben, our Theater Director and meets every other Tuesday at lunch in Room 124. The Theatre program at San Luis Obispo High School strives to create a space for students to explore their creative and artistic selves through theatrical expression and production.

The SLOHS Speech and Debate Club is sponsored by Serena Enzerink and meets Mondays after school from 3:50-4:30 in Room 204. The purpose of of the Speech and Debate Club is to teach students how to formulate arguments, research, and publicly speak to compete in tournaments

The SLOHS Tigers Fight Cancer Club is sponsored by Dave Gomes and meets once a month on Wednesdays in Room 904. The purpose of Tigers Fight Cancer is to spread cancer awareness and to aid families in San Luis Obispo who are dealing with cancer

The SLOHS Tri-M Music Honor Society Club is sponsored by Brian Moss and meets every Tuesday at lunch in Room 121.  The purpose of the Tri-M Music Honor Society is to bring musicians together of various instruments, and build a community.

The SLOHS Welding and Manufacturing Club is sponsored by Tim Fay and meets at lunch on various days in Room A301. The purpose of the Welding and Manufacturing Club is to design and manufacture projects that are bigger than the scope of a normal class project. The purpose of the Club also serves as a means to purchase materials and supplies for the type of projects mentioned above.

The SLOHS Wellness Club is sponsored by Ryan Mammarella and meets on Fridays at lunch in Room 122. The purpose of the Wellness Club is to improve wellness and mental health in SLO, spread awareness to community issues and encourage healthy decisions

The SLOHS Women in STEM Club is sponsored by Marie Pink and meets on the 4th Tuesday of every month at lunch in Room 125. The purpose of the Women in STEM Club is to provide a support system and empower women interested in pursuing a career in the field of STEM.

The SLOHS Women's Alliance is sponsored by Leone Avery and meets every Wednesday at lunch in Room 513. The purpose of the Women's Alliance is to inspire and help empower women.
